The Ontario Learning Development Foundation (OLDF) was founded in 2006 with a commitmentto supporting youth, newcomers, and families through education and community-based initiatives.


As Founder and Executive Director, Dr. Adekola leads research-informed workforce integration and institutional access initiatives – translating academic insightinto direct community impact.

Programs focus on: labour market access, migration pathways, youth leadership, and newcomer settlement.
